You're right! NOBODY likes Johns run on Aquaman, or Azzarello's Wonder Woman, or even Snyder's highly over-rated Batman. From my experience critics don't care for the new Supes titles, but the people who read them love it.
And for the record I like Power Girl's new costume. The people who don't only hate it because there is no boob hole, and that's every bit as stupid as hating Superman's new costume because of no red undies.
No, people hate the new PG costume because its so utterly bland and generic. Theres nothing distinctive about it..
The old Powergirl was a strong female character who happened to be attractive, and had an iconic costume. The new PG is a total inversion. Shes almost a total slut, despite the relatively more conservative costume. She comes as more of a typical "blonde bimbo" now.
I'll give you Aquaman and Wonder Woman, since they RARELY have anything going for them, and its nice to see them finally get some love. Batman, though...is batman. He's like Wolverine, anyone will buy his comics regardless.
So I should probably rephrase. People don't like 90% of N52.
It's utterly bland and generic, ok so NOTHING has changed. I'll concede the slutty point(though I think it is more flirty than slutty) If NOBODY cares about the new 52 why is it doing so well? And why is Marvel taking inspiration from it?
YOU don't like the new 52, good for you. I respect your opinion. Doesn't change the fact that popular opinion seems to favor the new 52.

Either one would be acceptable, however, I'd prefer Static over BL. It doesn't really matter if he isn't connected to anyone on the roster as the game has it's own story, they can make some connections.
As for that Milestone and DC rumor, that's just for the comics. I believe it was said they have a different deal with the animation team. There is supposed to be a meeting between the heads of DC and the remaining owners of Milestone comics, discussing whether or not DC will be allowed to keep the characters. We are supposed to find out the outcome next year.

I disagree. But when you say he's "butthurt" because he replied to you with 2 words you look like a try hard 12 year old. Telling you for your own benefit.
Though to everyone else here, I agree. He'd be a great character to be included. Adds a lot of variety.

I'm 28 years old, and since the age of 5 Superman has always exised on television in some shape or form. not to mention that you can find that trademark S anywhere. and he is the worst video game adaptation of all time.
I like Static and I do hope DC builds a legacy for him like they did with Cyborg, but for now he isn't that popular. If he were to make it into the roster, he would be the least popular character by comparison
