My usual Good vs. Bad review (MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS! You have been warned)

User Rating: 9.5 | inFamous PS3
Hardest thing to do in an introduction for reviews is to pull in the reader(s) and make them want to read more shocking things inside! Yes.... I used a pun... But no, I'm not sorry! Why? Read below to find out!

The Good:
~ This game gives you beautiful visuals from the start. From the shine and glisten of the water, to the realistic texture of each and every building.

~ Along with visuals come sound, which are also something this game has pulled off wonderfully. Seems each weapon used by the enemies have their own sound, each power you maintain does as well. There is also a different sound for nearly every single object in the game you can drain power from (which is a heck of a lot, we're talking hundreds here)

~ The controls make the game seem as if you have played it before, with a tiny add of extra things. Shouldn't have much of a problem getting use to, and if you do, it shouldn't take long until your problem is a thing of the past.

~ The story for this game is very deep, and quite close to being one of the best out there! It also lasts awhile, took me about 20+ hours on my first try only doing 35% of the extra material.

~ The game has a Karma feature, kind of like those you would see in games such as Fallout. Based on your actions you gain a reputation, and depending on what that reputation is, it will change how the story goes, and how people treat you.

~ The world of Empire City is quite large, rarely repetitive and very nicely polished.

The Bad:
~ I found nothing truly wrong with this game other than the limits of transportation. There is Running, Grinding, and Train Surfing. Sure, its good when you're going around one city, but not when you're trying to get from one to the other.

Besides that, this game is an automatic buy. It will keep you playing for days, weeks, maybe even months! 9.5/10
