Too many people tanking the score giving it a 1/10 or 3/10. Truthfully, it's a fantastic game definitely deserving a purchase. I would give it a 9/10, however the 10/10 score was to offset the people who are rating it 1/10 for no reason.
It's a huge improvement over Infamous 2, the graphics definitely showcase what the PS4 can do and on top of that the gameplay is massively improved. The powers are a blast to use (especially the "secret" ones ;)), the gameplay very fluid, the controls are perfect, the AI is good (haven't had any problems with it so far), and traversing the city with these new powers is just awesome.
They improved upon the past games in every way (I'd say), the side missions are still repetitive but they're not AS repetitive as past games and I found them more interesting than Infamous 2's side missions. Again, fantastic game, ignore the people giving it low scores, definitely worth a purchase.
