Why is he younger in the second one?

Okay in the first one he is older and cool but in the second one he's young and sounds odd and why make him younger in the second one why not the first. Well anyways when it come out i hope someone makes a mod that'll change his appearance to the first infamous game's appearance he had along with the voice . Also a mod for the first one making him look like what he does in the second one cause it'd be more sensible to see him age not get younger.
