tiertex never really was all that good at making games
Now let's take a look into everything that makes this game suck
graphics - now the graphics are pretty nice. There's nothing wrong with them but they don't really stand out as the greatest graphics ever or even best graphics on the genesis that year.
sound - sound is alright but you can find way better sound in a lot of places.
gameplay - here's where everything goes wrong. Now the first problem is that you fall through the last foot or so of a platform so you have to jump really early which usually makes you undershoot the jump. another thing is that the controls are unresponsive (a lot).
The AI is cheap with them being placed right outside of your whip's reach with them able to get a hit or 2 on your before you're close enough to attack.
Pretty much the game is badly designed and the only level free from this fact is the final level but that leads up to (if you haven't seen the movie than you're screwed) moment.
final feelings - it's fun for a bit but right after that you just want to keep playing simply because you want to say that you've beaten it.
All my friends and I say this game sucks and if you're looking for a good indiana jones game than you should look on the PC and the snes because everything else has nothing to offer (at least nothing good).
