I agree with the previous poster. If you're a game cube owner, don't miss this game. It's amazing and the gameplay (polarity switching, fast pace and mean graphics) cannot be adequately conveyed in words. The only thing I want to add is that the game is easy to pick up, but it's difficult to complete (I haven't yet). Both my wife and I have shown consistent improvement since we started playing it though. Concentration, reasonably quick reflexes and a calm mind are key to survival. Unlike many hack-n-slash, shoot-em-up games. Ikaruga is deep and unique in everyway (DUH... like Mah jong. Wait, bad example). A rare gem. Seriously give it a try !
