has anyone rescued all 20 victims?

Two questions:

1. If you rescue enough victims, do you get enough information to find your family and get the good ending? (I got as high as 10 victims saved but nothing different happened.)

2. Is there a way to rescue Henry? The 20th victim (at the park) made it sound possible.

Please only answer if you know for sure. Don't write "I don't think you can save him."

Yes, I've gotten all 20.

The game only has one ending.

No, you can't save Henry.

I vouch for the above statements. One ending, and Henry's fate is never answered.
