4 Like I hate, and I mean absolutely hate MP only games. And I don't buy that "don't knock it before you try it" crap. Reason is because people suck. There's always too many jack asses out to ruin the game. And once it's dead, it's dead. MP only is a waste of time and resources. And the game mechanics are not too complex for SP, that's bs. It is more than possible.
2 Like @cerberus1058 man, i so feel the same way. whatever happened to an engrossing story that sucks you right in. a far superior experience can always be had to me by playing SP games. MP used to be fun when the only way to play someone else was to do split screen, in the same room. that was fun because your friends were right there. nowadays with the internet connectivity means any little punk ass twerp can ruin your game/experience. all the best games (and the reviews from gamespot share the same opinion) have been single player. ie. mass effect, dragon age, dark souls, demons souls supermario sunshine, metal gear. i could go on and on. I want my single player experience back! down with MP only games!
