Battle waves of vicious enemies with a partner in Hunted: The Demon's Forge.
@ThePurpleBubble: If you did any actual look-see through the game, the girl's the one that's brash and headstrong, the guy is more methodical and thought-through, but you disliking the game before playing it really just means you'll probably dismiss that as sexism or too ironically expectant to make a difference.
I... thank you, Bethesda.
now this one looks very promising I love you Bethesda
now this looks very promising I love you Bethesda
Seems an awesome badass game, with nice game mechanics :D
is this a blend of 3d rendering with cell shading magic effects kinda like that FPS that was just like Fallout3 i cannot remember it.
why do they reval the final boss in THE FIRST F***ING TRAILER?!?!?!?!
looks like a beefed up Gauntlet...
@Capt_Doom:it's a generic dungeon-crawler all around ;) Generic steroided-up bald male hero, and generic half-naked female hero. (From a practical standpoint, a shaved head is helpful.. No armor isn't... Though, I guess it is justified by her being an archer.. Even then, though, would a bit of chainmail kill? O.o) Aside from that, the gameplay seems sound, so it should be worth some amount of money. XD
WOW what stupid thing to fight about, a little female leg is shown and up in arms. Funny how things are today, show a little too much female breast and its sexist/porn... but some how its ok to shoot other people(be it 0101010 characters) or steal/kill to obtain their belongings and no one really complain about it too much.
HahAha why do people defend scanty video game women and say how its sexist etc. They are not even real women, they are not even objects to begin with to be called sex objects. they are digital lol so i say: "TAKE IT OFFF!" :P ....digitally
@ivanfred Don't misunderstand me. I have no problem with beautiful women in my game :). I just think that the scantily clad part often comes across as sexist in games. I often find that most of these women in games are nothing more but sex object that are there to get the blood of slobbering teens pumping. But that's just a matter of opinion of course. I guess I'm just a little more touchy when it comes to those subjects. And I agree with the Dragon Age, I think that game struck a good balance between providing us with some good looking women without turning them into the aforementioned sex objects.
valengar: @DrEvilKoala It is called the Inverse Armor Rule. The less you wear, the more armored you actually are, but it only applies to female characters. You see a chick in a chain mail bikini you know you are finished. ========================== Correct. There is nothing wrong beautiful, scantily clad women. It just makes no sense in a game like this, which is why I love Dragon Age: Origins so much. If you think your female character needs to be covered in armor from head to toe to survive a battle, you can do it.
Awesome looking game, but what's with the generic male protagonist. how many bald/shaved-head main characters does there need to be? other wise it looks interesting.
Just watched the live stage demo, and I'm definitely interested. Co-op sword/bow action is great!
eh, boss at the end seems a little uninspired, and what was that weird little jump move he did with the horns?
Very nicely done trailer! This game looks very good, i hope your partners AI is better than it was in the last Resident Evil, more than once did i find myself wasting ammo trying to head shot that very very annoying woman.
oh man, this is... AWESOME!!!!
Cool, dark and seems like fun
remind me of Balder's Gate for some reason.Co-op is always good.
WANT IT!! Love the music here too hope they keep it!
Looks pretty sick!!!
hopefully this game gets some more attention before it releases but then again Bethesda also published Wet which looked right up until you bought it so thus could be confusing...
The most original game trailer I ever saw in months; I totally need to put my hands on that game, fast.
Why is there no local co-op for this game? Ugh...defeats the whole purpose.
busted graphics showcase..............
@DrEvilKoala Unfortunately, this trend has been around for quite some time. At least, for this game, you can take comfort in knowing that the male protagonist is almost similarly garbed. Yay for gender equality! :P (Just for trivia: This fashion-wise 'gender-equality' probably started with the first Neverwinter Nights game, where very revealing leather armor has the same expository effect on wearers of either gender - perhaps more so for the men as the player actually gets to see their nipples.)
MAGIC-al...
we. love. magic.
everything bow ?? whatever but it's ok and is not like A demon's soul
What's with people saying it looks like Demon Soul's? Doesn't even look similar at all with gameplay, or visually. Because it has Demon's Forge in the name? lol It's not even the same developer.
Great I want this game
This game looks a LOT better than I was expecting.
YES YES YES. This looks excellent.
This one is going to keep my interest until launch.
this is demon's souls sucessor, hopefully
@DrEvilKoala It is called the Inverse Armor Rule. The less you wear, the more armored you actually are, but it only applies to female characters. You see a chick in a chain mail bikini you know you are finished. I suppose if she puts up with the chafing inherent in the clothing you know she is badass. Main point looks interesting for co-op, I am unsure how single player will be.
Looks interesting
Looks pretty damn good.
@ DrEvilKoala you should see the girl in Nier http://mognetcentral.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/kaine01.png
Well thanks to this trailer, I'm buying this game regardless :D
Its like Demon Souls....but easier. haha
I like my RPG's to be SP, but this actually looks like it might be good. Besides, I miss a good old dungeon crawler...! :)
I want to see more for this game
For once I'd like a fantasy game where women don't run around in tight leather clothes... If clothes is what you call it.
This is going to be awesome, co-op RPG ftw!
i want to see more swordplay!
