How do I get past Chapter 4?

You've got to shoot one of the doors at a distance. The right hand door is your best bet & the guy above the wired room should have a shotgun to do it with.

Shoot through the door with the shotgun. The northmost guy should have a shotgun, otherwise search the first floor again for one.
