This is only their second game and it has dedicated servers which cost a lot more, so I don't blame them for making you pay $10 extra if you get it used. Besides, it will probably be sold cheaper used since you need to pay extra to play online.

I'm definitely getting this for PC rather than 360... full dedicated server support, friend lists, favorite server lists.. yeah screw your stupid matchmaking i'm playing the best.. PC

XCameleonX, You only have to pay that $10 if you did not buy the game new. Every new game will come with a "full online experience" access code, while those who buy it used in which the code has already been used, will pay $10 to unlock to full multiplayer.

yeah cod4 was the only good popular multiplayer game cod has. since cod is trash now, im pretty optimistic about this game. it'll prolly be fun until it gains popularity and becomes completely mainstream and sh**ty like cod.

I hope they make the vehicles strong in Homefront. I feel that the vehicles in BFBC2 and other games like it are too expendable since they get killed by everything so fast and then instantly are back respawned at the base. I guess the example I'm thinking is the chopper in BFBC2; the rockets are too weak and the darn thing gets shot down by everything, it's like the chopper is made out of paper... Hopefully in Homefront you'll beable to really flex your vehicles muscles after you put the work into getting the points for them.

@sgtblizzard, BFBC2 would be the bees knees if it wasnt for the server problems and the lack of maintance it gets! I think the last the 8 months it STILL says Your side lost even when you won! I truely hope they fix all that stuff (and the stat lag) for BC3 Coz i cant get enough of BC2, just the servers annoy me !

@Jakeslikecakes How the F*** can u say that COD has a perfect multiplayer. Everything about COD is F***** up and nothing should be modeled after it. The only games that are even close to having multiplayer right are games like Battlefield Bad Comapny. Cod has everything overpowered and there is no sense of teamwork or anything just hey look at me Im gonna go rambo with my F***ing dual wield pistols. @TheWarscent and a lot of the time the main draw for games is the single player. You need games out there that have an imersive storyline Hence why i bought games like battlefield bad company. So before you two start talking get your facts straight... Oh P.S. how many times have the COD servers been hacked? oh yes...so perfect.

actual graphics look great! HUD sucks, especially the '+1500' things, i guess it looks like the hud would in a real chopper in real life, but in a game it looks dated. Looks great game though, may pull me from BC2 if I find it cheap anywhere,im saving my big £££ for BF3, fall 2011

Looks interesting so ill give it a try.If it turns out to be anything like the online COD trash it will go str8 back to gamestop.Also,,whats with all these people saying"single player better be good"? Get with the program people.These kind of games are meant to be played online aginst one another.If anything ,story mode is a waste of time and production money,, or a primer for the real fun online.

Really hard to tell if this game will be good or not. This guy is over-confident on how cool this game is though.

Jason, that's not a spawn kill. The enemy was using a drone, and the player's spawn must have moved up. So the enemy ended up being in the player's spawn.

Would you rather risk some little kid getting to be battle commander and doing nothing?

why is the battle commander AI?

am wondering if its large scale warfare, why so little players? it should be like Mag 128 vs 128

battles looks intense, maps are big and cool, and the choppers and stuff are going to be awesome. only downside is having to pay xtra for all this junk. i'll rent it, and see if i want to buy it. looking good

Just hope its balenced and not constant with the special things you get with battlepoints because then its like MW2 just killstreaks if there is no demo i am so renting this before i buy

Battle Commander sounds cool since it spot lights someone on a kill streak. Not necessarily towards those with legit kill streaks, but it could turn the game into "Kill The Camper" and get bonus points for doing so. As much as I'm trying to wait for reviews, I might just pre-order since they're giving out bonus maps too! Damn you Homefront!
