Anyone else having problems talking to people?

Preorders of the game came with a bluetooth headset, which works find when calibrating through the XMB but, during matches, it seems like no one is talking. I see that most of the people in the game have a microphone on, but no one seems to be talking, as I hear nothing. I don't even get an answer to if anyone can hear me.
Anyone else notice this, or is it just me?

As of this exact moment, I am downloading a patch for the game, so I hope it fixes the issues.

Yea it has happened to me and came back they have a few glitchs but will patch them my buddy lost about 5 levels

Poeple sound like they are under water until you get in game if you can get a buddy in your game with out him getting kicked or you frooze up i hope they patch all this soon the online really is fun

It syas some people have a mic even though they dont becuase it says i have a mic when i dont
