I do not remember how I got this game, but I do remember when I got this though. I think it was 6 years ago. I also remember that I only played the sequel first: Home Alone 2, before I came across this game. That sort of thing happened with Sonic the Hedgehog 2 also, if you had already read my review on that game, you would know that! That goes for the movie too; I saw the Home Alone 2 movie before I saw the first one. I either lost the Home Alone 2 video game a long time ago, or I probably just rented it and took it back. Well anyway, I remember I bought this game because I just knew the movie.

Story: N/A
- I do not think their is no actual storyline to the game, but if you have seen the movie, you should not be confused

Gameplay: 3/10
- I hated the gameplay because it was sloppy, which made me always get out quick, which overall made me lose interest in the game! Well anyway, the purpose of the game is to escape the Wet Bandits while bringing all the McCallister's fortunes from the house down to the safe room in the basement. Once all items have been sent down the chute to the basement Kevin must make it past rats, bats, and ghosts he encounters in the basement then fight the spider king so he can make it to the safe room to lock away all his families' riches. I think having to get past rats, bats, and…a spider king is just plain ridiculous!

Graphics: 5/10
- The graphics of the game are bad, to me.

Sound: 6/10
- The sound effects of the game are average. The music is fair.

Overall, I give this game a terrible 3 1/2 out of 10. I never had beaten this game because it is hard, and because the controls are once again, just plain old sloppy!
