All the bells and whistles of the arcade version are in this great fighting game with some balancing and fixes.
Gameplay: The gameplay is fast paced,no slowdown's were seen in the gameplay. It plays exactly as if it were in the arcade.
Graphics: They are as if it were the actual arcade,there is a anti-aliasing option,I guess that's to replace the Progressive scan (I wish it was in there,but oh well).The graphics are very fluid and nice.
Sound: this is were I think some experts that played the arcade do take a hit,I and others have played it to see that there is some downsampling of some Music and SOME sound (to conserve space on the disc).Other then that...the sound and music are fine :)
Value: There is alot of replay value in this game,history mode is a big factor in that.When you beat moments in hokuto history, you can relive the battles in the anime/manga over and over again.
Final Thought: This is a very well done game,I hope ARC can learn from this and build on this and who knows...maybe there'll be another HnK game made :).One final note tho...If you wanna start somewhere goto training and train because that's how pro's and legends are made...
