Great Concept, Pulled off well also. A definite buy.
Hitman is exactly what it says on the tin. It involves going from place to place killing people who've made a few enemies too many. This differ between a fatass who's just gotten off kidnap, to the leader of a triad. Deaths are often performed in many different ways, including a sniper through 2 persons heads, to stabing somebody with a meat hook. The choice is immense, and the fun follows it' course.
Contracts' story is shown through a bunch of flashbacks after 47 has been shot in France, and is facing virtually the entire French police and a Huge amount of SWATs. The flashbacks are revoked over a number of things that remind 47 of the place. Like taking a needle out of his leg reminds of him tranqing a civilian to get into a hotel with 2 hits inside.
There are also a lot of easter eggs, including the famous host in traditions of the trade. Kill it, Wire it, Drag it, or kill your hit, and watch it wave goodbye to you. There are also a load of weapons for taking, including a mingun. Silent assasin rewards you with dangerous weapons.
Overall, a great game, definitely a buy.
