Agent 47 is back but with a surreal twist.

User Rating: 9.4 | Hitman: Contracts XBOX
Hitman: Contracts is the third installment in the stealthy and grousomely fun series. In Contracts we see 47 wounded and on the run, deliriously recovering in a fleebag hotel room. From the loss of blood 47 is begging to halucinate, re-visting past contracts (hence the game name) but with a surreal nighmarish overtone. Eventually a backally doctor shows up and patches our bald friend up, though S.W.A.T. is closing in and the medecine further prolongs the series of bizzare flashbacks.
The missions are incredibly varied going from a deranged dance party in a slaghterhouse to a hit on a russian millitary base. Anyone who has played the origonal codename 47 will recognize many of these flashbacks but some are never beofre seen new contracts. There is a huge selection of weapons varrying from fluffy pillows to assault rifles and of course everyones favourite, the fibre wire. My only complaint with this installment is that its over before it even started. Contracts only spans twelve missions though they are much longer than Hitman 2's many short ones. Its also much easier than Hitman 2 which may be a good or bad thing depending on what your used to. The sound and music are incredible and we have to thank none other than Jesper kyd for this installments dramatic soundtrack.
After all has been said this is an incredible game any fan of the previous entries will love and anybody who is a fan of stealth will also have a very memorable expiriance playing.
