Hitman is a stealth action game like no other. A game where innovation and quick thinking is vital. Surely worth a try
Similar to the other games in the Hitman series, Hitman Blood Money focuses on the life of the perfect human clone Agent 47.
The story line is a series of flashbacks that tracks 47's hits for the last two years. The agency that you have worked for is being attacked by an rival agency called Franchise. As the game progresses 47 learns of Franchise and puts forth an effort to stop them.
Identical to previous Hitman games, blood money stays true to it's originality and base objective. You have a target and many ways to assassinate him or her. Between you and the target are armed security personal, obstacles, and much more. You must use disguises and wits to complete your mission and eliminate the target. Rather it be a shot in the head, an injection in the neck, poisonous food, a bomb, or an "accident", gun blazing or stealth, 47 will get the job done.
Although this game is unique and fun, there are a few minor drawbacks. It was released in 2006 so everything isn't as up to date as the ignorant might expect. For example the combat system is pretty simple, there are only about 3 different actions you can do: Headbutt, punch, and disarm, which are all activated by the right trigger. Furthermore there are many guns but only 5 of them are fully customizable. Last but not least i feel like the achievements could have been better set. I think its pretty ridiculous to have to beat a game 4 times to get all the achievements.
In conclusion, overall this game is definitely worth playing. It is different from any other game. Despite its lack of modern advanced combat or graphics, its core gameplay is great. I don't plan on selling this game and I can't wait for the next one to come out.
