whoever made this video is blatently trying to make the xbox look like the best console lol. you compare ps3 to pc ultra.. but xbox to pc medium.. ya nice going, by the way all graphics comparisons for PC should always be on ultra.. Do ps3 and xbox have a medium setting?? No so leave the pc on ultra
ps3= pc medium graphics, blurred graphics, the worst gaming experience, bad lighting, the worst hardware for gaming.
Pc= awesome detail in pretty much everything and will continue to stay that way forever
Xbox 360= again awesome detailed graphics, very awesome lighting, the 2nd best gaming experience out there, the best hardware.
@DouglassIndust theres many games that look better on the ps3, the ps3 is the one with the best hardware. I dont agree with you about your rundown on the ps3 based on one game
I think the real point of these comparisons is to show that even the aged consoles are holding in there well graphically compared to new PCs. The fact is even the next gen of games are going to be hard pressed, because just prettier graphics aren't going to get it. The graphics of this generation of consoles are still okay but the next generation of console's games will be expected to do more than just look as good or better than those of PCs. The games are going to have to show something other than just graphic improvements. Currently gaming has become more of 'been there, done that.' Developers are going to be in trouble I think when a new generation of consoles arrive. Games sales may just drop if gamers tire of the same old thing---even with new hardware.

1 Like I'm PC ver. fan but. when the future consoles come out , than I think it will be more interesant to look the diffrent between PC and X720 and PS4 ;) than we can talka about graphic . I think that it will be a new expirence and they gonna do much more. Games whould be looking better, working better, and we will have much more fun also with Consoles.... :) I hope:) sorry For my

I guess people don't know the difference between coloring and graphics. Anyways, I don't get why they always throw PC in here, it's kind of unnecessary. I mean we all know that PC is always going to have the best graphics.
3 Like I'm really tired of people bringing up how old current-gen consoles are when they're able to hang with the best of them. I don't whtat PS3/X360 title of the same game you compare with their PC counterpart, the differences are not vast and huge to the point where its as though you're comparing a PS2 game with a PS3. The differences are not that strong. The general/average consumer would barely notice the differences or even care. I mean yes the PC will definitely come out as the victor compared to this generation but the visual differences aren't potent enough to be a game changer. Therefore, its absolutely useless and pointless mentioning how old the consoles are. If anything we're witnessing how great and hardy these consoles are to stand the test of the time. Even Battlefield 3 on the PS3 and 360 looks magnificent along the PC iteration. Now let's all get along and just make peace please. :-)
The 360 and ps3 are played on the same tv with the same settings, the ps3 is always washed out on all side by side comparisons. Games always look better on the 360, but who cares, graphics from whatever system won't keep me from enjoying a good game. Both consoles are good at what they do, PC on the other hand... well, I'm not throwing my money away each time I have to upgrade to play a new game.
1 Like I hope I don't post the same comment as others, but yes, the PC is (from this video) superior. However, how old is the PC hardware? Pretty new I would suspect. The PS3 is years old. How does a PC of comparable age to a PS3 stand up? Probably couldn't play the game! PS4 is on the way and Sony are aware of the limitations of old hardware. No doubt the Xbox will follow with better hardware too.
I would also like to see a price comparision of consoles v PC gaming rigs.
Overall, I don't care what you play on as long as you enjoy the game. The console v PC 'wars' is like PC v Mac or iphone v Samsung and the relentless, moronic drivel over what is better.
Simply look at the underpowered WII U, 2gb of ram ($8),blu ray($45), radeon 4650 gpu with slightly faster memory ($75 maybe) 3 core 1.25 ghz CPU making it slower than the ps3 or x-box 360 ($30... or worthless depending how you look at it) gamepad ($75 maybe) storage 8-32 gb($5-$15)looking at maybe a total of $250 for the hardware in the deluxe wii u and that is generous. Granted this is a sheep in wolves clothing and not a true next gen console, but i imagine the ps4 and next x-box release for around $400-$500 in a year or so.Of course they will have a shortage and half the people will actually pay $600-$800 on e-bay. You'll be able to build an up-gradable gaming computer with equivalent performance for the same price.Also take into account that in a year pc components will be even cheaper.
It's funny that people say buiding a gaming pc is more expensive especially when you look at the launch prices of consoles...don't worry they are coming again and soon it will be cheaper to buy a pc again.Right now you can build a entry level AMD gaming computer (6 core) with better graphics than current consoles including the WII U for $450 that comes with MOH Warfighter and Far Cry 3 for free( or AC3 if you get NVidia),save another $125 and get a second GPU. PC games become cheaper sooner, better for internet browsing, mmorpg,streaming etc etc. Consoles are the gimmick along with their very limited storage, peripherals and expensive games. I have a PS3, my daughter loves to play Little Big Planet and Disney Universe on it and we stream Netflix through the tv. I personally rarely use it except for the Uncharted, Red Dead, Dead Space and MGS series'. So i haven't used it in a while. Redbox is the only reason I even give it a second look.
@maxneopayne pc game are not only cheaper sooner they start cheaper there up to £10 cheaper in egfry cry 3 on amazon xbox £37.99 ps3 the same pc £26.49

4 Like This is total rubbish!!! The PC at ultra setting is obviously going to be the best so why even use it in a comparison? The real question is PS3 or 360? I've got it on the PS3 and it looks amazing, not like in this video where the brightness/contrast settings seem to have been ignored and possibly not even in HD. I'm not saying that the PS3 version will look better but let's at least see a fair comparison! 360 propaganda!!!
@tigger1976 totally agree i have this game in ps3 and it doesn't look as crappy as shown in the comparison, it's way better, the comparison in the garden (1:42) is a joke

Consoles were good until playstation 2 maybe because there were not a lot good games for the PC at that time.PC's could do everything consoles are now copying to get customers years ago and they will ALWAYS be one step behind.It's not only because they don't look so good but because the PC is the one and only king where it all started and everything else is just a rip-off.Consoles are a waste of money not because they are a lot worse for gaming that the PC (of course since you idiots made them rich and now they can be competitive) but because PC's will be always able to do more for less money.You don't have to agree with me but I don't really care. @antony209494
@antony209494 If games like MGS, DMC, Bayonetta, Dragons Dogma...etc. were all on PC i would get rid of my PS3 right away, but that is not the case. Right now I'm pretty satisfied with my PS3 and OP gaming laptop combination.

1 Like Id say PC (Ultra) has the best graphics based on the crispness of how everything looks. But Xbox 360 is a very close second. While PS3 lags behind both of them and in the side by side comparison looks rather foggy and nothing is as well defined as in the other systems.

Console Games have that Drop factor 13-45 frames in a Game is acceptable even, Recoding a Renderer or remaking a scene bah why bother Time missed out on rushing the game out the door to Crash on your platform "EA Games" know how to crash it.
@Hobson82 who the hell knows? nothing is explained, however i think the game needs a graphic card at least 1 ft long!
The Xbox & PC look to have a slight edge over the PS3...no matter, the game still plays great!!
