Another butchered saga.

Ok, first of all, not every game needs a cinematic plot to work alright? It's like this game got the generic formula treatment and now the saga is ruined, sigh.

It's a Hitman game, but if you were expecting to have open levels with a sandbox feel to them and killing some guy as your objective, well, that's not what you're gonna get 70% of the time.

Because now we have to fill the plot quota, following a series of horrible cinematic events so the game can be as cool as an action movie.
Only this is not a movie, IT'S A GAME. I'm sick of frustrated movie directors ruining games.

The levels are segmented into small sections, and most of them don't even have a person to kill, just a place to sneak into.
You will even have to wait for npcs to stop talking so you can proceed, a clever way to introduce more cinematic segments into the gameplay, unless you just shoot them ofc, and I won't blame you.

Forget about dressing up to be stealthy, now you will be sneaking around like in any other stealth game most of the time, because every person in the world with a gardener uniform knows every gardener in the world.

But there's more, agent 47 is now able to use wallhack and bullet time aiming, two features that make no sense at all and will throw you out of the game, but hey, it looks cool.

I would give this a 6 , but it ruined the hitman series, so f*ck it.
