Great campaign, while it lasts...

Campaign. This game has a great, fun campaign. The cover system is great. The coop is great. Sometimes, though, your AI team mates can get themselves downed, right in the middle of open ground. Then you have to try and rescue them, and often find it impossible because if you take one step towards them, you get killed yourself. The campaign is also very short. It only takes about 5 or 6 hours to complete on the medium difficulty setting, which is far too short. To me, it also has very little replay value, since the gameplay is all the same, because there is only one way to progress. The cover system. Everything to do with cover, and sprint, is on the A button. This can be problematic, because if you're trying to run away, sometimes you can accidentally take cover, leaving yourself wide open.
Graphics. This game has brilliant graphics. The character models, textures, lighting and sound effects are all top notch, although sometimes some textures can take a few seconds to pop in.
Multiplayer. I did not enjoy this game's multiplayer. It's just too slow. You walk up to a concrete block on a tiny map, take cover behind it, lean out to take a shot, and then get 1-hitted by a guy you either can't see or were shooting for ages. When you die, you have to wait for the next round, which is great fun. The multiplayer here is not good.
The story here is virtually nonexistent. There are some aliens. Their base is underground. Blow it up. This game could have been a great story, with fleshed out characters hilarious like Bad Company or something.
