So you want an honest review of HOTP?

I thought I'd give a lengthy description of the game and it's many, many flaws. Like many of you, I was hoping that Heroes would have been the perfect blending an IL-2, Ace Combat with a dash of Secret Weapons over Normandy, and that finally a game designer would reconize the grand opportunities in this seldom used genre.
Well, boys and girls, it hasn't happened. Save your money (don't even rent), give that dough to Katrina relief, or buy your boyfriend or girlfriend a really nice gift. Whatever you do--don't buy this game. Really. I could go on about the lousy control set up or the embrassing voice work. But I won't other player reviews have been more precice than mine ever could. Actually hearing the Admiral on Wake Island scream NOOOO as he's shot is the only real good laugh this piece of $50.00 crap will give you. It's not worth your nor your hard earned cash. Heres hoping to future some bright-eyed developer somewhere is currently slaving away at producing a truly worthy WW2 air combat arcade/sim adventure none of us would mind slapping fiddy down for.
