Gameloft out did themselves this time around.

User Rating: 9.5 | Hero of Sparta IOS
Who said God of War was a Playstation exclusive? This is seriously one of the best rip-offs of a game ever.

Pros.
- Excellent Graphics
- Incredibly detailed environments
- Lots of different monsters to brutally murder
- Addictive
- Weapon upgrades are awesome
- Will keep you hooked from the very first kill to the very last boss.

Cons.
- Too short
- Controls are (rarely) but sometimes non responsive
- Like the controls, sound effects aren't always responsive

Story: 8/10
Just the basic stuff, you are a guy trying to save Sparta. The writing isn't awesome, but they present it very well.

Sound: 9/10
Great atmospheric music plays throughout the game, but you will pay more attention to the awesome sound of slicing your opponents up into tiny pieces

Graphics: 10/10
Easily one of the best that the iPhone/iPod Touch has to offer. Outstanding detail throughout the game

Difficulty: 9/10
Easy is too easy, Hard is too hard, Normal is just right. Or in other words, take your pick, you can have it any way you want it.

Presentation: 8/10
Cut-scenes aren't amazing, but everything else is spot on.

Gameplay: 9/10
Aside from some minor control issues, everything is awesome, combat isn't as good as God of War, but is still pretty close.

"Fun" Factor: 10/10
You will play this until you beat it, at least I did. Except for when my iPod Touch ran out of battery. Then I said a bad word and charged it, then beat it. Unfortunately there are only 8 levels, which on easy, will take you about 20 minutes a level for close to 4 hours of gameplay.

Should I get it?
If you like god of war, get this game. If you love god of war, get this game. If you have never played god of war, get this game. If you don't like god of war, then you may not like it so much. But yes, you should buy it.
