I think even Pokemon might be too complex for him; Halo is probably more his style.

    HonorOfGod,
people like you make me sick. Now there's a studio trying to do something different and ignorant people like you are just too plain stupid to appreciate it. Sucks to be you if you can't execute any simple combination of buttons or are utterly unable to enjoy a more subtle, but ultimately much more powerful story than you'd find in any given Mario game.
Go back and enjoy your Pokemon games and let us mature players advance in more sophisticated games.

yeah.. you have to press R1+R2+X+ bla bla bla just to climb stuff or scoot a heavy set man behind the trash... and people say this is a game... >.> heavy rain = good story but seen t all before + Crap (IF ANY) gameplay because there is none.. BTW how did that kid get outside so fast lamo he got through that entire place in a matter of secs packt with tons of people, stairs plus he had to dodge all the cars outside in a matter of seconds... WHAT THE BUCK!

If they made this like Indigo Prophecy, the using the toilet and getting something to drink thing is not mandatory. You have a "stamina" meter, and if it reaches zero, you "die". It's kind of like the trust meter in Splinter Cell: Double Agent. Positive achievements throughout the game, such as getting rest, having something to eat, or finding someone to emotionally support you would increase the meter. Not getting enough food, hearing that the police are on your trail, or having a haunting "vision" caused the meter to decrease. You also had to keep more than one character's meter high. The main character felt relief when he hid evidence, and the detective felt it when she uncovered evidence. So doing things such as using the toilet or taking a shower were optional, but you were better off doing it because it would relieve the characters' stress.

The demo was surprisingly fun. I watched videos of the demo, but when you play through it the bad voice acting and awkward movement is less noticeable(since your actively engaged in it rather than sitting back and watching). I don't get the sim like bathroom and washing your ass game play though, hopefully you don't have to continue to brush your teeth every mourning throughout the game.

I really dug Indigo Prophecy, although it went all to crazy-go-nuts about two thirds of the way through.

It looks like the developers learned from that lesson and are giving us something more akin to what we originally expected for IP. Very much looking forward to this, now.

After playing the demo, there seems to be enough "game" here for this to be enjoyable. I like it.
