Huge arena fighting game.

Heavy Metal was a big surprise when I saw this on the self of the game store because this is based on an adult fantasy art magazine of the same name. The magazine is also owned by Kevin Eastman co creator of the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles". So I bought this game for that reason alone. I was an ok game, you choose one of many characters form the heavy metal series and duke it out in large arenas with various weapons and pick ups. I enjoyed it because I was familiar with this franchise but the game play was pretty bad. The controls were hard to get used to and free roaming was annoying to do at times. To do some of the characters moves was also difficult at times because they required you to press some button combinations that just about impossible to do with your two hand so I had to recruit my feet. OK it wasn't that bad but it felt like it at times. I don't think many would have liked this game maybe but a few like me and possibly fans of a spawn game that was much like this one.
