Haze may seem like a great new game that will have awesome stories and great online, but that isn't true......
Haze has amazing action, unique guns, and memorable main character. Haze tells the story of the Mantel Corp. efforts to destroy a rebel force deep in South America. Soon, a new drug is made known as Nectar which boosts a man's strength, vision, aiming, and speed. If shot in the storage pack for Nectar, you go crazy and can't stop shooting at anyone that moves, so your team kills you! Soon Sgt. Carpenter goes from hyped up soldier to a nasty guerilla fighter. Guerilla campaign is better and more exciting since you get to stealth and use dangerous tactics which will kill any Mantel soldier, if they were smart enough to even shoot, look, or even breath! AI is a big disappointment for me and enemies pop up and there are really bland levels that are boring and non-challenging. Carpenter is freaked by the fact that Nectar actually destroys a man's sense of violence and replaces it with a Jersey ghetto style of happiness while killing. Voice work is cool and the story is interesting, though online modes are stupid and have a bad connection to anything that is playable. Co-op is stupid because there's no way to turn friendly fire off and most noobs online shoot at your pack and causes you to freak out! So Haze is not worth 50 bucks, more like $20.
