A fantastic addition to the series and one you can't miss, if you got a Wii and ain't played it go get it NOW.
Some say that there isn't a lot of stuff that has changed, well there certainly hasn't been huge changes. But there has been little changes that make a big difference if you look at it. First off the game is in 3D which is great and a lot better to some than it used to be, I kind of liked it better the way it was but this makes you forget about all that after awhile.
Also one thing I didn't like about the old games in the series was the crops, you could only walk on the outside of them and you would have to make sure the formation of your crops were right. Are you wouldn't be able to get to some of them, well that problem is now gone and you can walk through them which is something I didn't expect to see and it really makes a big difference overall.
Just like before you can get married o so nice we all love to get married and have a kid. Well now your wife and kid will help you on the farm which you really don't need because you wouldn't have no trouble doing it on your own. But at the same time it don't make it feel like your by yourself the whole time, like others it feels like the whole place is deserted but not anymore. And after you've beat the game you can start all over with your child and still have everything you left off with. With that added it gives more re play value for anyone who really enjoys playing it.
Overall Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility is a great addition to the series and came very close to becoming my favorite also. It doesn't deserve the score that it got but now you got a review from a long time fan, and trust me if you enjoy the past games in the series then you'll also enjoy this one. In my opinion if you own a Wii then this is one game that you need to have in you collection.
