YOu now, I'd like a remake of this game for the PS3/XBOX360/XBOX/PS2/PC/Whatever. This was one of the greatest games ever, and still my favorite. I'd REALLY like to see it revived. (I don't like the newer HM games. Way too complicated.)

If nothing else, it's widely available now. You can get it as a PSOne Classic on PSN, or you can track down the PSP port of it (Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl).

PSX was a PlayStation 2 remodel, not a PS(1).

This one will always be a favorite. It's the game I always go back to in between hm's. Love it so much more than the later incarnations. The only one I like more is 64, but that one is harder to go back to as my daughter doesn't like me using her stuff and I gave her my old 64 ages ago.
