This is a surprisingly good addition to the Harvest Moon series. I was expecting the same simple storyline that I have come to enjoy. Instead, I was surrounded by the family and social oriented fairytale I soon fell in love with. As the years pass by, so do chapters of your life. Things change, and new plots and characters arise. This game allows you choose your path (and your child's). Would you rather raise animals, focus on hybrids or do it all? Do you want your child to be an athlete or a rancher (and many more)--it's all up to you.
