Seeing double Eli's

So after a long hiatus, I've decided to pull out the ol N64 and boot up harvest moon...because i'm nostalgic, i felt like going through old files just to see my different farms...One of my files I'm married to Eli. normal enough. It's when I go to talk to her that I see...Eli...I think...sleeping in my bed...except she's standing next to it...sooooo Is that a second Eli? or...another woman altogther!

So, if anyone knows, can I ummm eject this sleeping Eli from my bed somehow? or is she prementantly stuck there? Just to clarify, Eli (the regular one) still moves about the farm, does chores when I speak to her, comments on things I give her and all that...it's the 'other' Eli I'm concerned about >_> It doesn't seem to be doing anything to my game other than annoying me so I'm just assuming I glitched her somehow.

There was a pants bathroom and a skirt bathroom, since I was wearing pants I went into the pants bathroom...

"Elli" has two "L"s...

That is new to me. I've never heard of any glitch resembling this.

I assume you attempted going to bed. Have you attempted going to bed at the same time as your wife (8pm)? Or after your wife has already gone to bed (9pm+)? Either one may reset the byte that put her there. If not, just think of it like you're having a totally faithful and non-polygamous threesome every night.

Ahh, thanks for the spelling correction :p

So I took your advice on going to sleep when my wife does and, nope, didn't reset anything All she did was get into bed 'over' the other Elli. In the morning, 'other Elli' is still abed and normal Elli is standing next to it *shrugs* It doesn't bother me none, just was wondering if anyone else ever had this happen to them.
