Not Bad, But Not all that great

The game wasn't that great of a letdown, the game stuck to the story pretty well, the visuals were quite good for a Gameboy game, but it wasn't all that adventurous, I mean the battles looked pretty bad, I mean come on, there were "turns" for example "the (insert person/animal here) attacked you" after a while it's your turn you choose a spell and then you attack. Then you wait for it to attack you...Which is kinda like Pokemon. The story is alright, the game stick to the story well so if you've read the book you might like this one. And as for the music? Hm....not bad, but it could have been a little more better.
Overall, don't buy this game rent it, or if you can't rent it, buy it at an extreme cheap price. I don't think it's worth spending all of your money on...So you may want to rent it first.
