Halo: Reach Teaser Trailer (Xbox 360)

When ever I hear that Spartans are on the ground I get aroused

@soggywaffleman The line is meant to be chillingly optimistic. There's all sorts of terrible things going on at surface level. Explosions, drop ships releasing convenant troops, massive bomb detinations etc. The radio chatter is frantic and desperate. Noble-1 isn't responding, and it seems all hope is lost. Then you hear it. "We got spartans on the ground, sir. We're not going anywhere." Now, the real battle begins.

I am loving Halo!

p.s. this game looks awesome and gamespots "first look" has me stoked Halo: Reach

Hey can someone explain to me like the final ending bit about spartans on the ground and "we're not going anywhere" I just don't think I understand the wording. Is it like yo we've got spartans here and we're gonna kick some @#$% or does it mean like, yeah some bad @#*$# is going down and we're screwed? Because I'm not sure How I should be perceiving this statement

small army of spartans obviously dont do much since master chief was the only one "alive" at the time of halo 3 the whole 1 man vs army thing is getting really old... i hope they stop making games like that

@ Dante_667 the books are based on the game not the other way round check your facts 1 Spartan vs the covenant = fail can't wait to see what a small army of them does :D

I liked the PS3 add that came before this...

looks like its gunna be intinse. and from the looks of the other trailers it looks like you may be able to customise your character even better. theres a dude with like a skull painted on his helmet that just looks straight up pimp

So this is pretty much the first Halo, re-created for the 360? wow dude or is this before Halo 1? either way, this should of been released 6 years ago, why are we going backwards?

i had a ps2 but i switch to Xbox 360 not just for the good graphics but just for HALO. Halo is like pac-man in the old days but 10x better!!!! I think halo reach is going to be the best out of the other ones......

Read Halo Fall of Reach its the book halo is based on. its by eric nylund and its part of a trilogy. sierra 299 was not master chiefs name it was always spatan 117 or John-117 unlike what u said Lordofdam 'sierra 299 new master cheif..'

It isn't a Halo 4, there was that Microsoft press release saying that Master Chief will return to the time line floating towards that planet after Halo 3

There hasn't been a Final Fantasy yet that I haven't deeply enjoyed playing (I haven't played FFXI of course). The only game series I can think of that has gone on for way longer than it should have is Dynasty Warriors.

Halo: Reach isn't supposed to be a spinoff. Think of it as Halo 4.

@dbzdagan Uh-oh...does this mean we're going to be subjected to even more spinoffs? Halo is awesome, but there can be too much of a good thing. @Luger718 Not exactly. ODST takes place a little before Halo 3, during the last quarter or so of Halo 2.
