Wow beautiful

Okay, the video is fabulous, but the game is disappointing when compared to Halo 3, in my opinion, the only chapter well done.

A lot of people say that video is not that emotional. I agree, it wasn't, until I came to the end of the game. Say that again after you beat the game.

just like evry halo trailer..............AWESOME i would love to have tht spartan armor for halloween blus that assault rifle and the wathog(yes THEY DO HAVE A REAL MODEL OF A WARTHOG made during production of the first halO)

This trailer give me chills, bungie know how to make ads epic.

If only the game was as epic as the trailer... as it is, the Halo: Reach's scale is very modest. Sure, nice landscapes, but still feels like a skirmish rather than war on the 2. most heavily defended planet. The story is unfortunately a joke.

i like the part where the dude gets blown away with one airship shot...like that would happen...it would take at least 3 or so to take him down. and yes.....its a joke. =p

That trailer was spectacular! Easily my favorite trailer of all time. Halo Reach will be my most favorite game, i can already tell! Lets kill some covenant men.. CHAARRRGGEE!! :)

Awesome trailer. But I think the Xbox advertisement at the end really kills the mood the trailer puts you into. MS or whoever should stop adding those at the end of these epic trailers.

Wow don't make the video game trailer too melodramatic there. Seriously, instead of spending tons of money on a live action trailer with actors in big bouncy plastic outfits and humming music that is apparently supposed to make me all nostalgic, maybe show some of the great gameplay instead. Just a suggestion though :P

@ MAKRYS07 On bungie.net if u check kat's personal profile it says that she blames herself for the death of S-293s death who they then reveal as Thom. It also says Thom chose to pursue the enemy rather than wait for backup which was when he took the bomb by himself and flew it to the covie ship

@max-Emadness Dude, how do you know that?! Thats really cool, but is it in the books?? If thats official and true, then that is really neat that Bungie put that in the trailer. Its like all leading right up to where the game starts (I guess). Thats neat though. The only thing i have with the trailer is, I kinda wish the spartan who came and took the bomb from Kat would've came by looked at her, picked up the bomb, turned to go, and then looked back at Kat before he left.... and THEN take off. I just think it woulda added a little more emotion, if he wouldve double taked at her. since it WAS his comrade and friend. Just a thought. I think it wouldve made it more emotional and a little better. but ohwell. Still an amazing trailer. I LOVE THE MUSIC (as always). I hope they release atleast one more live action before release.

@BodyBag22 The Warhammer 40k universe has more military tactics than Halo (read some Imperial Guard books). Only captains and such use power swords because its prime for melee. That is a tactic. Just has the Japanese did in WWII with Katana's.

max-Emadness is correct... it was kat carrying the bomb, while she had both arms. which means this event happens before the start of the game where noble 6 arrives as a new recruit replacing Thom. carter and Kat blame there selfs for thoms death. this is probably what the film is about, the events just before you(noble 6) join the team

I love how these videos/games forget the last 150 years of military tactics nad just throw a bunch of armoured monkies running around in the open on a battlefield carrying suitcase sized bombs, cmon people. Any more ridiculous and he'd be carrying a sword in the other hand like the Warhammer 40k universe.

@ danstar01 ya noble 6 is a replacement. If u saw the 2nd halo reach trailer releases with the warthog in the beginning Jun asks Cater if the he was our new numver 6 which carter then says yes

man this game is gonna be epic, i havent gotten chills up my spine since i saw the original gears of war trailer with that "mad world" song

Seriously hoping that, after the face palm that was Halo 2-3.. This one's going to go back to the awesome of the first game... Then again.. 2-3 just didn't have as good of a story... Oh well... This is Reach.. Thus it must be epic. x3

@supdotcom Don't forget the few spartans who were with Dr Halsey though underground (Fred was one i think and Kelly) they survived the glassing of the planet.

Its kinda sad thinking that these people will die at the end but the main question is how and will there be another halo please i hope not. Remember REACH 9.14.2010
