Forge and Theater were my favorite things in halo 3 and they upgraded both of those, and they added firefight 2.0, and new online game modes, jet packs, new power ups forge world, new campaign, new customizable armor, new weapons, new vehicles...need I go on? Game of the year PERIOD.

the only thing i'm worried about is that the campaign will be short like ODST.but it's got single player, 4-player campaign, firefight (and the new versus firefight) and the awesome multiplayer. and on top of that, JETPACKS!

look in the top right hand corner of the lobby screen, see were it says the number of players it says 1/16. I dont know whether I'm right but if u can have 16 players for firefight then thats amazing.

Wow, this looks like so much fun. And I am so excited to see Blood Gulch return--it was my favorite Halo map and I missed it a lot. I can't wait to get this.

The amount of content is unbelievable!!! kabalzer0 said it best. If you're an FPS fan, there is no way you couldn't like Halo unless you have never played it or are a ps3 fanboy. There is just too much fun to be had. Oh and the Ascension remake filled me with nostalgia for one reason. Tower of Power. Anyone who has played this on Halo 2 knows how fun it is. I did play a Sandbox remake, but it just wasn't as good. Hopefully Reach will make it awesome again since it is a perfect remake.

Another thing i hope theres an epic scene in the story mode that involves one of the older Arbiters. And he has double energy swords or sumthin

This is great and all but i'll be impressed when i see how the story-mode pans out. I mean Bungie has been so focused on the unveiling of what you receive when you purchase the different versions of the game (Legendary, Limited etc.) and the multiplayer related things including "Forge World" but the focus to me hasn't been on the story mode and i don't want this to be another ODST game. The story-mode missions are ok but none have yet reminded me of how good the campaigns used to be in Halo, Halo 2 and Halo 3. We will see...

I'm not a huge Halo fan by any sense of the means, though I have enjoyed each entry, but this just looks insane. GotY right here folks.

i have no doubt that the online will be great but if the story mode is epic theres no doubt about it that Halo Reach will be GoTY
