SPOILER WARNING! Find out our nominees for Best Ending of 2010!
god of war III all the way, i mean you literally end the whole god damn universe and then you kill yourself... until the after credits where there's a trail of blood leading of a cliff lol that's a real 'cliff hanger' hahahahaha .... ya...
God of war had the best ending and then it was halo reach the only reason i didnt like RDR ending is because john marstin died lol we all saw him as someone who basically wouldnt die
That was NOT the ending to RDR... call it the prologue or w/e, the final duel still counts as part of the story. Also, how did Black Ops' ending not make the list? You save the world, and they play off an infamous conspiracy theory?! C'mon, I almost lost it when they fabricated their own tongue in cheek theory.
SPOILERS i hated that john died at the end and i was just watching my brother play. that just shows how powerful the ending was
Red deads ending was epic. Its just that some people dont like it when their character dies, but I wouldnt choose any other ending.
Red dead had a spectacular ending, people just do not get it. The point of it was no matter what he did you can not out run your past
i cannot believe that gamespot feel the need to put "SPOILER WARNING!" on this video..... well, DUUGH!!! what some idiot just goes, "oh, its not gonna show me the ending of a game i just bought is it?! i mean, it will show quite a lot of endings, but they won't be mine!" lol
What about DS's 999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors? That game's true ending was breathtaking and thought-provoking.
RDR? Are you kidding me? I was going to rank that up there with "Endings Most Likely to Ruin a Good Game" award. It literally seemed to me like they just got tired of writing the game!
I wouldn't be surprised if Halo Reach didn't win anything, it just wasn't a proper Halo. Thumbs up if you think that Halo Reach was the worst Halo. Yeah I know right now it's the funnest, because it's the newest, but doesn't it make you miss Halo 3?
Wow...Many spoilers xD But it would be between AC:BH, RDR and ME2. Just strange that ME2 is not listed here at all, as this really wins the best story of 2010
I liked GOW ending but the whole "power of hope" thing was a little too bright for the series.(opinion) Knowing that you die in Halo kinda took away that OMG moment at the end (even though it was good game) I didnt play brotherhood yet so I skipped that ending.. Gotta go with RDR. :D
The only real Ending there is RDR! the rest just felt like a pause leaving you wanting more, personally i think RDR should take the whole thing! ;)
i really felt connected to john marston so the ending was very affecting. brotherhoods ending with desmond left me wanting more but also a little angry it had to stop on a cliffhanger.
Ezio's ending in Brotherhood was brilliant, but the main game ending was even more 'WTF?!' than usual. GoWIII's ending was so epic though, & closed off the series perfectly.
