    I've wanted to get back into playing it but I don't feel like downloading the software and configuring anything if no one plays it over XBConnect.

    At least 1 or 2 servers going on there for Halo 1 at most times of the day, other wise it's a Halo 2 cult.

    dont even bother its a lag fest. ur better off playing the PC version even though that one lags 2,, but halo 1 on xbox had no net code and was never meant to play online so it lags like ****

     

    its like if someone made a bike but then they put a motorbike engine on it and thought it could work. it just doesnt

    It's worth it if you're a huge fan.

    Honestly with the advances in bandwidth it's not nearly as laggy as it used to be. I tried it out after not playing for years and was amazed at how little I had to lead people.

    I've never played Xbox Connect, but the last time I played the PC version, there were still nearly a thousand people playing.
