Can you turn blood off?

I'm just wondering if you can turn blood off.

Go to video settings and theres one that if you turn it off, it disables blood.

But i think it disables bullet holes and stuff too so i dont think its worth it.

If you go to the video options and turn "particles" off it will disable blood along with gun blasts and explosions so it really sucks

Go to video settings and turn off decals....it automaticly turns off on my one T^T
