Can I play this game on my xbox 360?

So I have had my xbox 360 for a while and I decided to buy halo. All of my friends have it and i wanted a copy for myself, but i was wondering if i can play it on my 360?

You can if your XBOX 360 has a hard drive (Pro or Elite version). If you bought the Arcade version, you'll need to buy a HD unit (available anywhere they sell XBOX stuff). Why do you need a HD? Original XBOX games - including Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2 - rely on hard drive memory to save game data :oP

    An Xbox 360 can play Halo just fine. Occasionally, it freezes for a few seconds, such as when you die or zoom in, but that is the extent of its errors. There is also a downloadable Xbox Originals conversion.
