Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary Review
Story: This game is the exact same story as in Halo Combat Evolved from 2001. The overall story is great and has many enjoyable moments. The Story is very long and each mission lasts around 25-30 minutes to complete. The Story is very enjoyable to play. To those who haven't got to play Halo from 2001 will find this very enjoyable but to those that have played this already might not find it as enjoyable. I never completed Halo Combat Evolved and Anniversary is a new way to restart the game. The Story may be similar as it's original but it's still great to replay it.
Multiplayer: The multiplayer is basically Halo Reach's multiplayer but with the Halo Combat Evolved maps. It's not so good. If they made a new fresh multiplayer it would have been worth it. Plus, to those that don't like Halo Reach's multiplayer will not like this multiplayer.
Graphics: The graphics were remade in HD and is compatible with a 3D TV. The new graphics looks great and fantastic. They changed so much that you can tell between the graphics from 2001 and 2011. If you want, the game let's you see how the game was 10 years ago. You click a button and it takes around 2 seconds for the older and newer version of the graphics to come up. It is a really amazing feature especially if you didn't play the original.
Sound Effects and Music: In Anniversary they changed the sound effects of the guns and the remastered the music. You can always change the music to it's classic version but the gun effects cannot be changed. This is a little bit of a problem since the new gun effects sound a little weird compared to the original. This isn't a big problem though.
Overall: If you haven't played the old version,you must get this game. If you have you should still buy this game.
