Frank O'Connor talks about the loadout integration between War Games and Spartan Ops.

@Tripwolf There's nothing wrong with it. You're just not used to it. Period.
Actually, it's more like playing with a gamepad, with two fully functioning hands.

That is completely inappropriate, and such things should not be said in any situation, let alone one that doesn't even apply to that topic.
I am interested in why in an interview in which O'Connor can clear up any misgivings about the simmilarities between Halo 4 and the Call Of Duty/Battlefield games (Mainly COD, as that would be the rival franchise) did O'Connor not try to explain the additions of Halo 4's Kill Cam and Game Winning Kill cam. (a very poorly designed one at that, from the Kill cams we've seen any projectiles via rockets grenades or any other projectile/ travel weapon is not shown, the cam stays in the killers POV the whole time. which was seen when in a game of Dominion where in the game winning kill cam the player is seen throwing a grenade and then turning down a side corridor and begins to fight another player then the words grenade kill comes up along with the kills points and thats the game winning kill came)
I agree with everyone who believe that playing online should be free. I have never bought an Xbox gold live subscription once because I could not justify buying something that should be for free. Microsoft should adopt a similar model to PSN plus where we only pay if we want the extra services.
@NaturalDisplay I've no problem with XBL Gold. Party chat alone makes it worth the $60 a year. Even though Steam has it for free.
You don't just pay for online, you pay for the quality and security of it. Notice how XBL has never been hacked and the updates and features they give to their fans continuesly. XBL should never be free. I'm sorry if you can't afford $50 a year...
@COLDFIRE25 @NaturalDisplay XBL has been hacked dude, do some research to make sure your accurate. peoples accounts were getting hacked left and right through the XBL servers and were used to purchase Fifa 12 items
@ScorchTheHeghog There is a difference between one person being hacked, and then theres the entire service itslef being hacked to the point where no one can use it. This happen's on everything, not just XBL. I had someone hack my account from NHL12 and used all my M$ points, I got them all back and some. Easy, done.
It's not veery difficult for someone to get your info and hack an account, doesn't matter what it is.
No, a gimmick is Activision having people pay $50 to view your stats...*hint* MW3 with ELITE....
@COLDFIRE25 'Online play' should be free. When i buy a game, the publisher gives me the right to access the mp portion of the game. I.e i already paid for the mp portion of the game. Notice how i am emphasising online play and not the extra features like party chat, youtube etc. I dont mind if microsoft charges for those other features, but xbox live silver should have access to online play at the minimum. And quality? Mate i dont think you understand the definition of that word. Quality=dedicated servers. Xbox live=\=dedicated servers. This is why i bought bf3 on pc rather than 360 because i get to play online with dedicated servers and for free as well. It is not a matter of not being able to afford 50 dollars a year, its about principle. xbox live gold defenders are like apple sheeps who blindly purchase OP phone reiterations year after year. It is disturbing to see people justify the greedy business tactics of big corporations.
We are talking console to console, not PC. PC gaming is in a different world and can never compair to console. PC > Console, even though I personally play more console then PC. Xbox Live has been around for almost 10 years now, and never has it been free. Must mean it's pretty decent I'd say. I've played all 3 consoles online, and none of them compaire to the way it works on Xbox it's the supieror online experience amd is well worth the money.
@NaturalDisplay @COLDFIRE25 xbox game's are cheaper because u pay for XBL where as on ps3 games are 10% dearer witch pays for your psn so in a way u are paying the same as we pay on xbox.
My xbl expired over a year ago, I like Halo but I'm not renewing my sub just for H4 mp.
@Sanguis_Malus so u wont pay 4 £ for one month membership so u can play halo 4.... then why the fuck do u have a xbox? go buy a ps3 and buy resistance.... watch u dont come back running and begging for halo once u see how shit it actually is, same goes for killzone BTW lol.
@jayjay444 that's quite a rant, It's unfortunate that my lack of xbl has moved you so much.
@Sanguis_Malus @jayjay444 just saying m8 i dont see any point in having a xbox unless u have xbl but its your choice i wont argue with that, i would be there with u, with no subscription if they actually made decent single player games these days but the fact is they dont.(apart from the odd one like Half -Life or halo for example)
You got some Call of Duty in my Halo. Later it will be, You got some Halo in my Call of Duty. The cycle continues.
@GreySeven too late, people are complaining that black ops 2 is a halo copy just because its a futuristic style...yep still don't see the similarities...
Haha... wish i can play this game
But Xbox in my area is too expensive ... and too weak compared to the PS3... and nobody plays Xbox in my area
Everyone plays on the PC and PS3 here :/
I Hope the Next Xbox do not have Stupid Sub Fees, and have backwards compative
Here's to hoping Halo 4 actually has a good single player and story. Halo 2 and 3 had pathetic gameplay and stories because Bungie concentrated way to much on the multiplayer. I really hope Halo 4 can bring back my hope for this series, the way Reach did.
Halo 2 had an amazing story! Not only did it delve deeper into the connection between the Master Chief and Cortana (for starters), but also allowed us to play a portion of the game as an Elite, therefore learning more about the inner workings of the Covenant. Again, this is just barely scratching the surface. If you personally didn't like the story or solid gameplay, that's something completely different.
@mechmaster525 i thought halo 2 had an amazing story, im one of the few people who actually liked the arbitar parts of the game, but ya halo 3 story blew
At first, I was like, you know, this look's pretty kickass! And then I remembered that you have to pay to play multiplayer...
The day I buy Halo 4, is the day Xbox Live Silver members can play Multiplayer.
Hey, if I can play Mutiplayer for free on the Playstation 3, why not the Xbox 360? >=(
They don't even have the subscription excuse anymore! Guild Wars 2 proved that you shouldn't get away with that!
Service, you get what you pay for. Sony? Even hackers don't have to pay to access their servers :)
@ShimmeringSword @BlazeODU Except that the majority of Xbox 360 games don't have official servers. They let us deal with crappy hosting options and expect us to pay for it.I'm just annoyed that you have to pay even if you'll likely only play once or twice every month, if that. That example's from me. I want to play RDR online, but I have to pay $20 just for a single game. Yes, I can only play with friends on 360 because none of my friends own it on PS3. They can suck on the profits I provide Sony, Nintendo and various PC hardware companies.
Clearly, that's something of a sore spot for me. XD
@BlazeODU XBOX, you know? What're you gonna do. I personally think the experience of Halo in general is enough in itself to buy XBOX live. I mean, it's the only reason I even HAVE an XBOX. I would love for Bill Gates to pull his head out of his ass and make free multiplayer.
You heard me wrong. I would gladly pay $50 for Halo's online experience, I just think it's fucking stupid to make people pay for something that is free everywhere else.
@COLDFIRE25 @VashM16 @BlazeODU Thats a stupid argument you are using over and over again. Do you know what i can do with my $50 each year if i dont pay for xbox live gold? I can get another game for 50. I can help disadvantaged child from a third world country for 50. I can get a massage from a hot asian girl for 50. Imagine if online play was for free on the 360, so many children in africa would have access to education, and so many people will be able to experience the pleasure from an asian masaage.
