Looks like Cortana has picked up the role once again of stating the obvious and thinking out loud. I thought the Chief put her in her place after Halo 1.
the only people that could hate this vid is PS3 fanboys or people who hate halo so why view a game if u hate it????? just go away for all u fanboys because halo looks like its going to be GOTY!!!!
I generally stay away from Halo cuz i don't like it, but these new enemies have made me interested in this game. That and the amazing graphics. I applaud that they also include new weapons, but in truth they look like the same old weapons with a new model and skin.
wow they really splashed out for this trailer. Jason Statham at 00:18, Simon Pegg at 00:22, Hugh Jackman at 01:07 and last but not least, Samuel l. Jackson at 01:38. outstanding!
Sad the last HALO game I played was HALO 2 and it left me with a cliff hanger which I hate the most all I'm saying is that they haven't top the very first HALO...
Great to see a bunch of new things in this game. I was afraid Halo 4 was going to be a keep alive purely from a financial point of view, but it looks like the new team deserve more credit than I had first thought.
I don't own a 360 and I'm not exactly huge on Halo, but I believe in credit where it's due and that looked awesome! Congratulations Microsoft and I hope the game is as good as this trailer!
Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to this as much as the next guy but seriously, do we have to be driving that Warthog around again? Great to know fresh ideas, characters and creatures are getting implemented though, the trailer is shaping up great. Fingers crossed for a fantastic title!
@EvilMonkie3@kingdakka Plenty of people still want more Halo and yeah Microsoft won't let something so lucrative die.
That said, as far as sequals go, this looks fresh and interesting. Microsoft may want to make money from Halo but I think the devs really believe in the game nonetheless. I don't think I'll buy a 360 for it, but the game will stay on my radar, thats for sure!
Wow pretty damn impressive. I'm liking the Metroid Prime Vibe and from an audio sound point it's top notch. Always hated the sound effects from the machine gun in previous entries
Seriously, that would add so much depth to the Halo universe. Not that it isn't plenty deep already, but imagine strolling around Forerunner ruins, scanning things and getting results like "Scanned structure closely resembles Forerunner ruins discovered on Harvest. Purpose unknown, but believed to be..." etc.
HAHAHAHHA! People are so ignorant XD I love how some haters say halo 4 is more brainless than cod? yes cod is brainless and doesnt take much thinking to make, but its catchy, people get hooked into it. Halo is a FPS that has a great story line and multiplayer. 343 industry improved the graphics, gameplay, and storyline yet you critisize them of making the same type of game?? Well duh its halo so the gameplay is gonna be halo with various enemies and new gameplay but I bet half the people that said their not buying halo 4 is actually gonna buy it. bunch of bandwaggoners
@Jake518 well first of all its changed the story line because its on a forerunner homeworld.. story line changed instantly you dont need to have the full product to know that the story has changed
Sorry Speculating on the fact that the graphics have been IMPROVED i'd say it was an improvement. Also, Different enemy? weapons? the fact that the storyline so far seems to revolve around forerunner tech and cortana instead of just the covenant makes it an improvement from just fighting one enemy. And yes i may have overpredicted things but judging from the trailer, i'd say there are some major improvements
@halovsmetroid2 Change doesn't necessarily mean improvement. I guess what I was saying in my original response was that it's a bit premature to be saying that yet.
