1 Like They are really making forge mode with more options to chose from. Also I like that green highlight idea, it really minimizes mistakes made while forging.
They Shoul bring the Elephant from Halo 3.I know that as a combat veichle is terrible,but its so nice its like a little base.
Did they learn anything from the Forge World complaintments? Those maps might look cool for the first 2 or 3 times but then the same repeated grey blocks really start to turn into samey mush.
Map editing/creating is cool, but nothing beats completely handcrafted expert made ones. "If you buy Ikea, your house looks exactly the same as everyone else's"

That shot of the structure is not doing the graphics engine of this game anything in the way of good repute...Not that I am all that excited about this game...

Finally a little variety to the forge map, not just forerunner paradise. Looking forward to the naked anime chicks... Um not so much.
Wow the forge looks the same as reach, they've even got the same art assets just with different textures. Didn't see anything new there at all.

insightful video. What did I get out of it? There are going to be pieces already pre-made the resemble things like... the BR tower from lockout. The three room could easily be part of Caged OR the library from lockout. Either they are going to use Forge to recreate maps or they just want us to do it.
i hope they remember to include that button that allows players to lower their weapon so that RvB can continue doing its job!!!
1 Like Halo is part of my childhood, I used to watch my older sister play halo everyday after school, but unfortunately my parents never allowed me I remember the first day I played halo I really hope 343 Industries has done a good job.

3 Like I have a great idea for 343i, I think it would be an excellent addition to the MP if you have the most popular competitive maps created put up on the map rotation list and then after the game voted on by the players, if enough players like the map it will stay in the rotation and then add another. A great way to not have to worry so much about map packs and focus on tweaking and adding to the game, while adding that variety that people want which would help the game from getting stale in matchmaking.
@sin151 They added some user created maps in Reach, but I stopped playing Reach a long time ago so I have no idea how it worked, but it wasn't very easy to get selected let's say.
I would love user created maps to get added, but 343i should also take quality into consideration, not just how popular a map may be (people can spam, people can play random crap)
@sin151 It would be more probable if the chosen maps stayed on rotation for like a month, avaiable for download for anyone who liked it. I think its a great idea. Maybe on Halo 5...
