After Halo 3, The Halo series got quite some time to continue The Master Chief's story, honestly I didn't think there would be another one. Then suddenly 343 just gave me the answers, Halo 4. The story got quite interesting, it showed more of the personal side of the Master Chief and Cortana, in the last 3 game, it only showed the players The Master Chief's duty as a soldier. now personal issues are more shown in the 4th game, I think it's good. the Gameplay also changed... a little, still got those good ol' shooter games, but unlike Reach, Sprinting is available for everybody and the Powers became more.... Balanced. armor lock became Hardlight Shield which if activated Shields will not regenerate. Evade became Thruster packs, for a short range evasion, the evade skill on Reach was quite a jumper, leaps on a great distance. also forgot to mention earlier, the HUD also improved, they brought back the old Visor HUD and improved it, showing the Helmet silhouette or whatever y'all call it. anyway, it was pretty cool. now for the Graphics, it really changed after Halo 3(since it was Master Chief's last game) The Cinematics are almost look real. especially when it comes to the People. Master Chief looks like a Metallic Plastic I don't know. and Cortana, She's one with the most significant changes in Graphics.
Now for the Game modes, Spartan Ops is a good addition to the Game modes, so sad they need to replace Firefight with it. Firefight is also good too, just a quick action and doesn't even need XBL-Gold to play. some people wants straight actions too y'know. but it wasn't all that bad. anyone can go online, so there's no big deal on it. War Games, didn't got allot of difference from MP on Reach, all it did is, it gave us a few game modes(that I still haven't played) and renamed the other game modes, like Slayer to Infinity Slayer. forgot again to mention earlier on. The Sounds are also got a massive change, especially in the UNSC weapons. Assault rifles, Battle Rifle(IT CAME BACK!) DMR. got louder gun sounds. Man, in the past few games, Reach and ODST and 3 got very muted sounds, I don't feel the kill.
For my Final words, The Story is very Emotionally engaging!
