Where can I find fotus armor code?

I had the same problem. The fotus armor code is located in the copy of halo 4 you recieve with the halo 360. there is a slip inserted inside the case that has all the codes you need.

You have to buy the Halo 4 Xbox 360 Limited Edition Console for $350.
The forest armor the first idiot was talking about is attained from pre-ordering from gamestop.
