What level do you have to be to unlock the wetwork and operator specialization classes?

My character is lvl 18. i was wondering if i have to be 20 or 50 to unlock the other specializations. what lvl do i have to be?

Once you reach level 50 in a specialization, you can get the next one down. I believe you keep weapons and other such things that you use for loadouts.
