Armor unlock?

So i pre-ordered the game and i got to play it and i am currently SR 19 and i was just wondering how or what rank you unlock Orbital armor

Prima Guide denotes to attain Orbital AEON armor you need to the Covenant Destroyer Commendation (which means you need to attain mastery in killing a ton of covenant.

Mastery levels
1. Novice
2. Proficent
3. Adept
4. Qualified
5. Expert
6. Distinguished
7. Master

Certain armor requires you get a commendation or be a certain level, or be unlocked through a specialization.

You unlock it at lvl47
