This is one of those mixed reaction prequals. if it hadnt been for halo 1, halo 3 wouldv'e bombed. but halo 1 saved its sorry ass. the graphics are ok for a 360 game but when you get into the online play they're horrid. this game is full of glitches making playing on a rule free server a tough time.
i think if you buy this game for the xbox live function your gonna be pretty well off but of your buying it for the single player you will be sorely disappointed. the single player is so short its crazy and you could beat it in a day. i would reccoment this game to multiplayer but for singleplayer junkies. stay away. but if you like a gun game that has alien killing action plus some gore here and there i guess you will be ok. but i was dissappointed in microsofts efforts in this game. but dont let me influence your decision

  Without LIVE don't expect to get much out of Halo 3, but if you do have LIVE then it's certainly a worthwhile purchase.
