Overall short and overpriced game...

Halo 3 ODST is an excellent, game, but is too overpriced. The game comes with 2 discs, ODST campaign, and Halo 3 multiplayer. The first disc contains campaign, and firefight. The campaign is fairly good with a good atmosphere and mission variety but can be finished in under 5 hours. The campaign is forgettable once you played it. The firefight mode is what is going to make you come back to play the game. Firefight mode put's you against waves and waves of enemies which can get pretty addictive. The gameplay is the same as Halo 3 with the exception of a few minor tweaks like health packs, and nightvision.The difficulty of the game is hard when your alone because of the none regenerating shield but can be very easy with 2 or more players. The graphics in the game are beginning to show it's age, but are overall above average.The second disc comes with the standard Halo 3 Multiplayer online and forge with all of the maps including the DLC maps,with the addition of 3 new maps. Overall, it's the same online multiplayer as the Halo 3 disc.
In conclusion, Halo 3 ODST has solid gameplay with ok graphics, but is a overpriced short game with difficulty balance issues.
If you are not a Halo fan, i would give it a rent.
