Halo 2 is my favorite game of all time for a reason.

Halo 2 is a true masterpiece. In fact, it was so good that Halo hasn't been the same ever since (Halo 2 released in 2004). Halo 2 had the longest campaign in the series, the best character development, the best soundtrack in the series (and possibly in all of gaming), introduced new things, the most addictive multiplayer in gaming history, fun campaign glitches that Halo is known for, truly great multiplayer maps, good plot, very good graphics for the time period, incredibly fun gameplay, and the list goes on and on.
Halo 2 did have some issues at launch, however. But that was due to the greedy company (Microsoft) putting a little too much pressure on the developers, Bungie.
Truly fantastic game. The game launched in 2004, so it is a little dated, but it has stood the test of time and is still fun to play.

I'm sorry, but this game I can say, without a doubt, this game is way over hyped and overrated.
