the mild let down is long and gone, but not for some people

When i first got Halo 2, i skipped the other difficulties and went straight to legendary. OMG! It's like they but full body kevlar suits on the grunts! Needless to say, i did have some fun, but most of my time was spent walking through Covenant hallways( who's the architect!?) trying not to get turned around. Easier said than down. The weapons are okay, but they don't seem as powerful to me; maybe because of the dual wielding. tRUST ME, I'm not saying this is bad, but the plasma pistol felt like a peashooter. I, n Halo 1it felt pretty powerful. If they still had the MA5B assault rifle, maybe i wouldn't get lost in the hallways so much( because of it's compass).

All in all, if you're a diehard fan who hasn't gotten this yet?, then get it. But if this is your firxst foray into the series. Get Halo 1 first for like 4.99. That is the best bargain. Your not missing out on much for the single player.

For multiplayer, its the contrary.You can play as either an elite or spartan; equally good. Not much else to say, but its a bit of a tradeoff between single and multiplayer
