Installation Cap?

I was wondering if there is a maximum amount of times you can install this game on different computers with the same Cdkey?
I gave this game to my friend a few months back (before I had Vista), but now that I do, he offered to give it back (seeing as he has the game for Xbox anyway).
Will I be able to install?

I'm pretty sure you'll still be able to successfully install and activate it as long as he un-installs it from his PC. I've installed and activated it at least 4 different times, and on 2 different PCS. Although not all at once.
